A stunning Etruscan style gold plated bracelet featuring Japanese faux Baroque Pearls and Roman coins in black copper. This design is influenced by the architecture which Sir John Soane admired during his Grand Tour in Rome in 1778.
Made by British designer Angie Gooderham. From early childhood, Angie Gooderham has been fascinated by precious metals, gorgeous gemstones and clouds of beautiful beads. For some forty years, her unique and striking jewellery designs have sold all over the world, regularly featuring in Vogue, Tatler and You magazine and worn by a host of celebrities from Kate Moss to Cheryl Cole, Dame Judi Dench to Cher. An inveterate traveller herself, Angie Gooderham has been particularly inspired by the architecture and wildly romantic collections of statuary, antiquities and drawings which Sir John Soane brought back to his family home and which still resonate across the years. This individually crafted and striking Etruscan collection draws on ancient techniques - lost wax casting methods of two millennia ago - to create exotic, modern and timeless pieces.
