Ouroboros Necklace

Regular price £25.00

Ourbororos is an ancient symbol that represents eternal life.  In Sir John Soane's design for his beloved wife's tomb an ouroboros circles the drum of the monument.  This necklace has been designed using Sir John Soane's rough sketch for the preliminary design.

This brass pendant is made in a fair trade project based in Peru.  It has cut and finished using traditional jewellery techniques by Just Trade project.  The women in this project are paid a fair wage and are offered flexible working hours, meaning they still have time to care for their children as well as making a financial contribution to their households.

Shipping times: Due to the nature of the museum we can only ship orders from Tuesday to Fridays. Orders are sent out the next working day via UK First Class.  Delivery to the rest of the world is Standard Shipping and will have different expected arrival dates.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding expected arrival dates.
