We offer group access to the Museum for not-for-profit cultural or educational organisations. Capacity is limited to between 8-20 people and these visits are available on Fridays at 10am, 2pm or 3.30pm. Please note because the Museum is very narrow, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 20 people. As a registered charity, we recommend a suggested donation of £75 for groups of up to 15 people, and £120 for groups of up to 20 people. You can make this donation during the online booking process.
If you would like to request an introductory talk by one of our expert staff for your self-guided group visit, this can be arranged but must be booked and paid for in advance, for an non-refundable or exchangeable £75 fee. Choose the relevant option from the drop down menu and book through the online process, if a time cannot be selected then it has already been sold.
We are a Grade-I listed building with some narrow spaces and our collection is not protected by cabinets or glass. Our Visitor Assistants will give you a clear biodegradable plastic bag for any small items you’d like to carry and will store larger bags in our group locker. Unfortunately, we can’t take suitcases.
