Sir John Soane’s Museum is opening late on June 21, lighting the candles and giving guests access to some of ‘Soane’s Secrets’.
Join us for one very special evening when we will be opening doors that usually remain closed, laying out books that are ordinarily filed away and delving into our archive to show off some unusual and historic gems.
Amongst the secrets shared will be objects that were out in Soane’s time but have not been on show for many years, some of Mrs Soane’s personal effects, Hogarth etchings, kitchen equipment, little known books of watercolours and lots more.
The whole Museum is yours to explore and soak up the atmosphere. We encourage photography at these events, and admission includes a glass of wine.
Tickets available for arrival at either 18:00 or 19:30 and each slot lasts around 90 minutes.
To book choose the date (June 21) and then your desired time slot.
Your confirmation email serves as your ticket.
Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event, after which point they are non-refundable or exchangeable.
