All weekend private group tours start at 3.00pm
Where should we arrive on the day?
Please assemble as a group outside the No. 13 gate about 5 minutes before the tour start time so Museum staff can assist with depositing bags in the cloakroom. Please do not join the regular visitor queue at the No. 12 gate. It is essential that the group is brought inside together.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Please ensure that the name on the ticket matches the name of the group leader who will be in attendance on the day. To make any changes to the group leader or ticket name, please contact us at the address below.
